Cancellation & Refund Policy
To ensure a fair and efficient process for all participants, we have outlined the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event

100% refund.

Cancellations made within 30 days (4 weeks) of the event

We regret that no refunds can be provided for cancellations within 30 days of the event, regardless of the reason.

Event Cancellation by Us

In the rare case that we need to cancel the event, we are not liable for any additional costs you may have incurred, such as travel or accommodation expenses. We recommend having a travel insurance in place. However, the amount you paid for the event can be credited towards another workshop or service offered by Karimu Samuels.
