I didn’t start this journey looking for transformation. I started from a place of exhaustion. I could feel that something was off, but I didn’t know what it was. All I knew was that I couldn’t keep pushing. That’s where everything began.

 

From a place of deep physical exhaustion, I made one of the most significant discoveries of my life: learning how to move through life with ease and lightness — a revelation that freed my mind and shifted me from a state of reactive survival to one of beautiful flow.

What began as a search for performance became a journey into presence.


With a background in sports and movement science from Cologne, and years of experience coaching athletes, dancers, and movement practitioners around the world, my expertise is rooted in both a deep understanding of the body and a rare sensitivity to the human experience.

My turning point came when I realized that movement is not just physical.
It’s emotional, mental, and spiritual.
It’s the bridge between survival and awareness, between tension and trust.

This insight became the foundation of the KSM Method — a holistic approach that unites body, mind, and emotion to create true transformation.

As a practitioner and teacher, I am constantly driven to explore and refine movement concepts that bring the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of being into harmony. With a heightened sensitivity to the body’s signals and a deep eye for detail, I’m able to sense what each person needs to grow, release, and realign.

My life’s work is dedicated to helping others unlock their capabilities — guiding them through the steps to self-mastery and showing them that what once felt impossible is within reach. For me, this work goes far beyond fitness. It’s about balance, awareness, and learning how to move through life with grace and confidence.

My gift lies in truly seeing people — meeting them where they are and helping them move beyond what they believe is possible. My sessions create a space for connection and reflection; they go far beyond exercise. They are an experience of being fully seen and deeply moved.

Through movement, I mirror what’s hidden - the tension, the emotion, the story - and help people transform it into strength and clarity.
Because when we move with awareness, we don’t just strengthen our bodies, we remember who we are. Are you ready?

Why the Intensive? 

 

You might feel it already... That sense that something is holding you back. Maybe it’s tension in your body, doubt in your mind, or a quiet pull inside that says there’s more for you.  That discomfort is where the shift begins, because once you step into it, everything starts to move.

I created the Intensive because five days can change everything. When you step out of daily routines and into a space fully dedicated to practice, something opens. You reconnect with your body, challenge your limits, and meet yourself more honestly than in any weekly class.

Each day builds on the one before: layer by layer, deeper and deeper. What starts as movement becomes awareness, connection, and clarity. And even when the five days are over, the work continues. You’ll take the practice with you; into how you move, think, and live.

What makes this experience unique isn’t just the method, it’s how I hold the space. Wherever you are in your journey, I meet you there. Whether you’re new to movement or already experienced, the Intensive is designed to meet your depth - physically, mentally, and emotionally.

And what truly makes it intensive isn’t just the hours of practice, but the energy of doing this together. Five days of showing up side by side - pushing, laughing, struggling, supporting each other - turn effort into transformation. The Intensive is the container I wish I had years ago: a place strong enough to hold real change, where intensity isn’t about pushing harder, but about opening deeper.

Each day is a journey. Structured enough to hold you, yet alive enough to surprise you.

Morning: Arrive & Morning Meditation
We begin together in movement and breath, shaking off old patterns and arriving fully in the day. Energy rises and your presence sharpens.

 

Late Morning: Movement Practice
Dynamic sessions challenge your body and mind: strength, flow, creativity and partner practices that push you further- always supported, never alone.

 

Lunch Break: Rest & Connect
Time to recharge, eat, or step outside. Café Eden, just next door, offers good food and a park-side terrace to let the practice sink in.

This is where everything connects: body, mind, and emotion. Focused workshops, reflection, and group energy lead to the kind of breakthroughs you can’t plan, only experience.

Evening: Reflection & Closing
We close each day by settling everything into body and mind. Calm, clarity, and a sense of something new already alive in you.
