By registering for or attending any part of the Intensive or U.S. Workshop Tour, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
 

1) Personal Responsibility

• Participation in our workshops may involve deep emotional, mental, and spiritual work. While our intention is to offer a supportive and transformative environment, each participant is fully responsible for their own well-being during and after the event.

2) Not Medical or Therapeutic Advice:

• Our workshops are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. No portion of the event should be considered medical advice or mental health treatment. If you are under the care of a licensed health provider, we recommend consulting them before attending.

3) Voluntary Participation:

• Attendance is voluntary, and by choosing to participate, you affirm that you are mentally, physically, and emotionally capable of doing so.

• You agree to hold harmless and release Karimu Samuels, its team, affiliates, and venue partners from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, including but not limited to physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual injury or distress, arising from your participation.

• In the unlikely event of a medical issue, you are responsible for your own care and costs. Emergency services will be contacted if necessary, but no on-site medical staff is provided..​​​​
