Will I receive all the necessary details about the workshop in advance?

  • Yes, you will receive an email with all the important information before the event, including the exact location, what to bring, and any other details you may need. Please make sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email. We also recommend adding events@karimusamuels.com to your address book to ensure you receive all communications.

What language will the workshop be conducted in?

  • The workshop will be conducted in English to accommodate an international audience.

Do I need prior experience to participate?

  • Absolutely not. It’s open to at all levels. Our WORKSHOPs are the perfect start to get to know more about the work and participants vary widely in age, experience, vocation,…you name it. What’s key is the desire to grow and to help others do the same (whether that be through 1:1 coaching, parenting, leadership roles, friendship, etc.)

Will photos and videos be taken during the workshop?

  • Yes, photos and videos may be taken during the workshop for documentation and promotional purposes (e.g., social media, website, or marketing materials). By participating, you grant us the right to use this content. If you have any concerns or prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please inform us in advance, and we will accommodate your request.

What if I have physical or mental health conditions?

  • If you have any physical or mental health concerns, it’s essential to consult with your doctor before participating. Additionally, please inform Karimu or a member of the team in advance so that we can support you as best as possible during the workshop.

Please make sure to read our Cancellation Policy booking the event:

Cancellations made within 30 days (4 weeks) of the event

  • We regret that no refunds can be provided for cancellations within 30 days of the event, regardless of the reason.

Event Cancellation by Us

  • In the rare case that we need to cancel the event, we are not liable for any additional costs you may have incurred, such as travel or accommodation expenses. We recommend having a travel insurance in place. However, the amount you paid for the event can be credited towards another workshop or service offered by Karimu Samuels.
