  • Where does this INTENSIVE take place?
    It's taking place in BERLIN.
  • How Does The INTENSIVE Work?
    We will spend 8 hours per day together (for 5 days in total). Practical Movement Practice and Theoretical Sessions will be included. Each day will have one hour lunch break in between. Every day starts at 9am and ends at 5pm.
  • Who Is this Movement INTENSIVE For?
    This intensive is for everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners. It is designed for anyone who is curious and ready to explore movement on a physical, mental, and emotional level. Whether you're seeking to reconnect with your authentic self, awaken your body, or create more physical and mental freedom, this experience will guide you on that journey. The Movement Intensive is ideal for those who feel limited by their current physical or mental state. Whether you’re a busy professional, a parent juggling multiple roles, or simply someone looking to enhance your quality of life, this program offers you the tools to cultivate a more fulfilled and capable version of yourself
  • When Does The INTENSIVE Start?
    Spring Intensive 2025: 02. - 06.04.02025 Summer Intensive 2025: 20. - 24.08.2025
  • Number of participants?
    This intensive has space for a maximum of 25 participants.
  • In what language is the INTENSIVE held?
    The language of instruction is English.
  • Do I need any prior experience to participate & what if I have an injury or medical condition?
    Nope! It’s open to at all levels. Our INTENSIVE participants vary widely in age, experience, vocation,…you name it. What’s key is the desire to grow and to help others do the same (whether that be through 1:1 coaching, parenting, leadership roles, friendship, etc.) Please inform us about any medical/health issues or injuries in advance. While we aim to accommodate everyone, it is important to consult with your healthcare provider to ensure participation is safe for you.
  • Are accommodations and meals provided?
    No, accommodations and meals are not included in the program fee. Participants are responsible for arranging their own lodging in Berlin. If you are interested in a room close to the venue, please contact us as soon as possible to check availabilities. As for meals, during the lunch break participants are welcome to explore the many nearby cafés and restaurants. You're also welcome to bring your own snacks or packed meals to the venue.
  • Can I attend just a few days of the Intensive?
    Unfortunately not. The program is designed as a cohesive 5-day experience, so we recommend attending all sessions to get the full benefit.
  • Cancellation & Refund Policy
    Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event 100% refund. ​ Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event 75% refund. ​ Cancellations made within 30 days (4 weeks) of the event We regret that no refunds can be provided for cancellations within 30 days of the event, regardless of the reason. ​ ​ Event Cancellation by Us In the rare case that we need to cancel the event, we are not liable for any additional costs you may have incurred, such as travel or accommodation expenses. We recommend having travel insurance in place. We will try to reschedule the event for another date. If rescheduling is not possible or does not work for you, we will refund the full amount you paid. ​ ​ ​ ​We kindly ask that you carefully review this policy and our terms and conditions before making your booking.
